Lot #4 This is a great lot if you like an easy build with your big views right off your back deck or Great Room with gentle grade to the west and minimum clearing for additional views. Terrific views of Sugarloaf Mountain to the southwest, Chimney Rock and Bald Mountain to the west and Young’s Mountain to the northwest. You will get great sunsets from this one!
